For us those are pie crust sayings...easy to make and easy to crumble. Let’s talk about Krist Tippett’s idea of “Forget New Year’s Rsolutions. For 2026, sit with a question instead.” The Washington Post printed this idea, “set an intintion word for 2026.”

The idea for Unavoidable came about when Sue, Shan, along with their two siblings realized their parents were not “Nucking Futs” they were just aging. As adult children of aging parents, they discovered they weren't sailing this boat solo. Fast forward to today, Sue and Shan are facing the music that they too are not immune to the aging process and they are not about to keep mum about it! Cue the birth of their podcast, where they spill the beans and share their wisdom with the universe.
